The Carrington Redbirds 12U baseball program won five out of six games to take the first place trophy at the Missouri River Naturals Border Battle Invitational, held at Clem Kelley Diamonds in Bismarck. The Redbirds won their first game over Jamestown, 5-3, then lost their first and only game of the event when they fell to U.D. (Upper Deck) Expos from Billings, Mont. by a 13-3 score.
