    Louis Allmaras Louis James Allmaras, 60, of New Rockford, N.D., passed away at the family farm on September 26, 2023. Louis was born to Jerome and Phyllis Allmaras on September 29, 1962. He attended the New Rockford High School and graduated in 1980. After graduating he primarily worked in construction doing renovations on homes.     Peter Becherl Peter Lynn Becherl, 77, of Montrose, Colorado, died September 23, 2023, at home following a long illness. Pete was born in Sharon, North Dakota, on January 31, 1946, to Theodore and Burnice (Myer) Becherl. He grew up on the family farm near McHenry, N.D., and graduated from McHenry High School in 1964.
