Donnly was born April 10, 1971, at New Rockford, N.D., the son of Sigurd Arnold and Delores (Hoyt) Haugland. He attended school at Glenfield/Sutton/McHenry and graduated in 1989. BISMARCK – Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring has announced Agricultural Diversification and Development (ADD) Fund awards for four projects. The awards totaling $825,000 were approved at the ADD quarterly meeting Nov. 16 in Wahpeton. Among the recipients was the North American Bison, LLC.
