A vehicle rollover on 249th St. N.E. in Burleigh County has claimed the life of a former resident of Carrington. Brett Lyman, 27, of Menoken, was traveling southbound on the road south of Wing Thanksgiving Day evening, Thursday, November 28, when the fatal accident occurred. Thanksgiving Day was cold in Foster County, with temperatures dropping steadily throughout the day from a high of 14 degrees just after midnight to a low of minus 1.
