    November 13, 2024 The North Dakota Public Service Commission will meet Friday to vote on the Summit Carbon Solutions pipeline project that aims to permanently store carbon emissions underground west of Bismarck. The commission will meet at 10 a.m. in the Pioneer Room on the ground floor in the Judicial Wing of the Capitol Building.   • NHS hauls in record food drive numbers

    The CHS National Honor Society held its annual food drive last Sunday, Oct. 27 from 5-7 p.m. The 33 members were divided into five groups to circulate in their assigned areas of Carrington in their costumes. After a pizza supper when they returned to school, they took their 2,421 pounds of collected food to Carrington's Daily Bread.
