FARGO, ND - The North Dakota Soybean Council (NDSC) recently welcomed three new directors to its board. Their official terms began on July 1, 2022. Jeremiah Blahna, a soybean farmer from Carrington, was elected to represent District 9: Foster, Eddy and Wells Counties. BISMARCK – The North Dakota Department of Agriculture (NDDA) Soil Health Cover Crop Grant Program is now open for applications. The program was made possible through funding provided by the 67th Legislative Assembly.
