North Dakota's taxable sales and purchases for the first quarter of 2022 were up 13.2 percent compared to the same timeframe in 2021, according to a recent report from State Tax Commissioner Brian Kroshus.     BISMARCK – The North Dakota Department of Agriculture (NDDA) Soil Health Cover Crop Grant Program is now open for applications. The program was made possible through funding provided by the 67th Legislative Assembly.
