Grand Forks, N.D. – Twenty-two North Dakota Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs) and their CAH-owned/operated Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) participated in table top drills, which focused on active shooter situations. Carrington School District patrons have had their say about who will represent them for the next three years. On Tuesday, June 4, a total of 379 voters cast ballots in the CHS West Commons. When all the votes were counted, challenger Joseph Irmen had garnered nearly 100 more votes than the incumbent rural member, Kevin Wolsky.
