    A rural Fessenden man was killed in an accident approximately six miles west of Cathay on the morning of Monday, March 18. According to reports from the North Dakota Highway Patrol, Mitchell Lloyd, 60, was operating a 2021 Deutz-Fahr 6155 farm tractor driving westbound on 9th St. N.E., a gravel road known locally as Cottonwood Road.
