    CARRINGTON, N.D. – The Garrison Diversion Conservancy District (Garrison Diversion) recently learned of approved changes to the State Water Commission (SWC) cost share policy regarding irrigation. Such changes will allow Garrison Diversion to assist with irrigation development along the McClusky Canal at a more affordable rate. The N.D.     UPDATED November 30, 2023 On Wednesday, Nov. 29, the Superintendent of the Midkota Public School District was charged with several felonies for the possession of child pornography.     Road maintenance costs for townships will creep up next year, but for a good reason. The Foster County Commission passed a motion at their meeting last week to increase the cost for blading and snow removal for townships.
