Mylerna Hoyt Mylerna Dee (Ryum) Hoyt, 88, passed away Monday, October 17, 2022, at her home in Cooperstown, N.D. Mylerna was born May 11, 1934, the daughter of Ernest and Mildred (Michaelson) Ryum in Wimbledon, N.D., delivered by her great-grandmother, Anna Ellefson, who was a midwife. She grew up in Glenfield, N.D., living next door to her maternal grandmother and worked for her in the C.W. Smith store at the age of 13 or 14.
