Council to redesign bid process

Looking at sanitation proposals, at their last meeting, the Carrington City Council agreed to refuse all four bids to redesign the bidding process and analyze what the city needs. They also agreed to create a committee to do the work.

During the meeting held on Monday, February 14, Carrington City Attorney Abby Gereau said they need a better, more thorough bid process.
