Ribbon cutting at Foster County Independent

The Carrington Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador group held a ribbon cutting at The Foster County Independent on February 9. The Ambassadors offered congratulations to Amy Wobbema on the purchase of the newspaper last fall. New to the Independent is the launch of their website, www.fosterconews.com.
