Cards upset E-K-M, nudge Tornadoes

Whatever high-octane fuel Lucas Hendrickson has in his tank, the Carrington Cardinals have used to go for a fun ride through the latter third of their District 5 schedule.

The Cards rode nights of 24 and 27 points each from their senior leader to take two crucial games, 50-49 against Oakes in the East Gym on Tuesday, February 8, and a mild 59-48 upset over E-K-M in Edgeley two nights after that.
