Harvey-Wells County took a limited squad to the Hazen Early Bird Invitational meet on Saturday, April 9, and came away with a couple of state qualifiers to start the outdoor season.
Madden Thorson finished first in both hurdle events and also met the standard for the state meet, running a 15.38 in the 110-meter high hurdles and 41.56 in the 300 hurdles. The standards for both hurdle events are 16....
