Letter: Kudos to Garden Club

Audrey Hepburn once said, “To plant a garden is to believe in tomorrow.” The spectacular display of flowers throughout the community shows a strong belief in the future of Carrington.

Kudos to the Carrington Garden Club for the outstanding work they do to make this happen!

As I travel through town, I really enjoy seeing the blooming baskets on Main Street and all the large pots of flowers as well. Having flowers at the Welcome to Carrington signs and in the roundabout makes all visitors feel welcome and valued.

Dennis Swanson and all the other members of the club put a lot of time into maintaining and watering the flowers, and I wanted them to know that their work is greatly appreciated.
