A short discussion on a proposal for the ambulance board about the building came up at the Foster County Commission meeting last week.
During the meeting on Tuesday, July 5, Commissioner David Utke told the board that he talked to Jody Hovdenes about the proposal that Commissioner Scott Beumer suggested at the last meeting and she said she would talk to her board about it.
That proposal included that the ambulance board continue to lease the building for $1 per year and take over the maintenance and repairs of the inside of the building with the county maintaining the outside of the building.
