This group of golfers watches a tee shot from one of their own at the Iron Man 33 Tournament, held at CrossRoads Golf Club north of Carrington Saturday, July 9. The event was a par-3 tournament, in which tee locations were placed within an iron's swing of each hole. All proceeds from the charity event were donated to the Carrington Youth Center.

A sizable contingent of visitors descended upon Main Street, Carrington, for the first Central City Bash, held July 9-10, 2022. The event was highlighted by the Carrington Round Up car show, shown here, along with street vendors in the open lots east of Shamrock Bar, the Iron Man 33 golf tournament, CHS class reunions from 1982, 1992 and 2002, and a street dance featuring 1980's cover band "Arch Allies" Saturday night. The Home Run Derby and Alumni Baseball Game, scheduled for Sunday, July 10, were rained out. Event hosts were Dennis Freeman, along with Karlee Griffin.
