American flag stolen from cemetery

An American flag was stolen from the New Home Cemetery for the second time in a year.

Woodworth area resident Arvin Goter said Wednesday that a flag and pole had waved high in the cemetery, which is located 9 miles north and 4 miles west of Woodworth, for 40 years, until this past July.

Goter said he had raised a new flag on the pole in the spring of 2021, and then both the pole and flag disappear...
