Back to School!

Carrington Elementary School student Kayden Boyer, trailed by Michael VandeHoven making his way off the bus, is the picture of quiet confidence as he and his classmates head to Door 7 just off the East Gym for the first day of classes in the district for the 2022-23 school term Tuesday, August 23.

New Kindergarten teacher Lauren Roscoe guides students Ainsly Wolsky, Max McConnell and Finley Hagen into her classroom on day one. Roscoe just graduated from Valley City State University, and is a New Rockford native.

Holden Topp has a look of apprehension on his face as he gets ready for Ms. Julie Miller's Tuesday-Thursday Pre-K class, but his mom, Jessica Carlson, assures him that everything will be all right.
