Clint and Nicole Johnson's house at 550 5th Ave. S., took second place in the contest.
Following tradition, the Carrington Chamber & Economic Development Corporation Annual Christmas Lighting Contest (now known as the Carrington Christmas Cruise) is held in December.
This year with the new voting format, folks have been out cruising for the best decorated homes. A total of 12 residences were nominated for votes.
