Planning and Zoning considers junk ordinance

“Junk is a tricky thing,” said Foster County State’s Attorney Kara Brinster at the Foster County Commission meeting last week when Tax Equalization Director Karen Evans brought up the subject.

Evans told the board that the Foster County Planning and Zoning Commission discussed creating a junk ordinance for the county.
