Buchholtz honored at annual meeting

The Annual Meeting of the Carrington Convention & Visitors Bureau and the Carrington Chamber & Economic Development Corporation was held Monday, March 27 at the CrossRoads Golf Club. Scott Buchholtz, was honored by CCEDC Chairman, Kim Cook, for his years of service on both the CDC and Chamber boards. Members also expressed appreciation for Nikki Mertz, the outgoing chairperson of the CCEDC board, who was unable to attend. Mertz has served the community in various capacities over the past 20 years, first as the Carrington Economic Development Director and later as a board member of the Chamber and EDC.
