The North Dakota FFA Career Development Events were held on Monday, March 20 in Minot.
The Carrington FFA Agronomy Team placed fifth, earning a gold team award. Team members include Abby Lee, Sam Simons, London Davis, Brekka Kuss and Ashley Lindberg.
Individually, Lee, Simons, Davis and Kuss received gold awards and Lindberg received a silver award. A total of 214 individuals representing 66 FFA chapters participated in the Agronomy Career Development Event.
The Carrington FFA Livestock Judging Team placed second in the State FFA Livestock Judging Career Development Event, earning a gold team award.
Individually, Isabel Wendel was the fourth place individual and Molly Hansen was the sixth place individual. Kennedy Wendel and Karlee Lesmann also earned gold awards. Jozey Retzlaff received a silver award. A total of 200 individuals representing 62 chapters participated in the Livestock Judging Career Development Event.
Nicole Lee, Izzy Neuman, Joe Lindberg and Tyler Walker competed in the Ag. Sales event. Joe Lindberg was the fourth place individual, receiving a gold award. Lee and Neuman received bronze awards. A total of 220 individuals representing 63 chapters competed in the Ag. Sales Career Development Event.
