3. Present and open any new absentee ballots that came in and can be accepted and add them to the current poll book and to the totals on the abstract of votes. Motion to approve official totals of the June 6, 2023 school board election. Motion by ________, second by __________ to declare __________ as duly elected Rural School Board Representative for a term of three years. Motion by ________, second by __________ to declare __________ as duly elected At-Large School Board Representative for a term of three years. Declaration of Chairperson to adjourn canvassing board and reconvene as Board of Education.
