University of North Dakota Spring 2023 honor lists
The University of North Dakota’s Office of the Registrar issued its Spring Semester 2023 Dean’s List and President’s Roll of Honor.
The Dean’s List comprises students whose grade point average are in the top 15 percent of the enrollment in each of the University’s degree granting colleges and schools.
Local students included Marah Schmitz, Addison Hoornaert and Lucas Hendrickson, Carrington; Mya Cudworth and Cassie Longnecker, New Rockford and Carsyn Ziegler, Harvey.
To qualify for the UND President’s Roll of Honor, a student must have an overall cumulative grade point average of 3.80 or higher.
Local students on this list include Kenzie Edland, Lucas Hendrickson, Addison Hoornaert and Marah Schmitz, Carrington; Carsyn Ziegler, Harvey; and Mya Cudworth and Cassie Longnecker, New Rockford.
Kuss graduates UW-River Falls
Chayla Kuss, Woodworth, N.D., was among 722 students receiving degrees from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls following commencement in May. Bachelor’s degrees were awarded to 645 undergraduates, while 77 students received graduate degrees.
Kuss graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science.
Mayville State Dean's List
Dr. Huschle, Vice President for Academic Affairs at Mayville State University, announces that the following students have been listed on the Dean’s List for the Spring Semester of 2023 at Mayville State University.
In order to be named to the Dean’s List, each student has attained a grade point average of 3.50 or higher and has successfully completed a minimum of 12 graded credit hours of regular academic credit from Mayville State.
Area students included Erin Radke, Carrington; Koby Duda, New Rockford; and Cassie Spitzer, Kensal.
University of Jamestown graduates
Area students graduated from the University of Jamestown during commencement ceremonies May 6 in UJ’s Harold Newman Arena in Jamestown.
Graduates included Amanda Allen, Pingree, Bachelor or Arts in Accounting, Cum Laude; Kadyn Mehring, Carrington, Bachelor or Arts in Elementary Education, Magna Cum Laude; Cassidy Neuman, Carrington, Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration and Mason Rose, Carrington, Bachelor of Arts, Fine Arts (Theater).
