Phyllis Hook

It is with profound sadness that the family announces the passing of Phyllis June Hook, 88 years old, who departed on December 23, 2023, to be with her Lord Jesus. She passed away peacefully in Surprise, Arizona, with her family by her side.

She will be sorely missed until we meet again.

Phyllis is survived by her daughters, Laurie, Teresa and her son, Mike and her siblings, Marlys, Allen, Beverly and Gary.

She was a beloved grandmother to nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, all of whom she cherished. She loved her many friends and extended family and was very much loved by them.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Don Hoof; her daughter, Linda Sheaffer Tullar; her brother, Merlin Beach; her mother, Nellie Beach and her father, Merle Beach.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations in Phyllis's honor to Hospice of the Valley, 14066 West Waddell Rd., Surprise, AZ 85379.
