The Carrington Gymnastics Club started their season at the Mandan Superstar Spectacular Meet on Saturday, January 20.
The Bronze Team took second place with a score of 110.1, just behind Western Edge Gymnastics of Dickinson's 110.7.
Individual placers in the Bronze group, not broken down into age groups, are as follows:
Adalee Hintz, 7th vault, 8th bars, 10th floor, 9th all-around; Arilynn Gehrtz, 6th beam and floor; Avery Florhaug, 4th bars; Daphne Dreher, 4th vault and beam, 6th all-around; Madison Kraling, 3rd bars and floor, 10th all-around; Marrah VanRay, 1st vault, 2nd bars and all-around; Parker Mattson, 9th beam.
Making the 9.0 Club were Hintz for vault and bars, Gehrtz for beam and floor, Florhaug for bars, Dreher for vault, bars and beam, Kraling for bars and floor, VanRay for vault and bars, and Mattson for bars.
The Silver Team took fourth place with a score of 106.55.
Individual placers were:
Ages 7-8: Brynlee Hoff, 3rd vault and bars, 5th all-around; Emery Mischke, 5th vault, bars and beam.
Age 9: Jayd Lura, 7th vault.
Age 10: Kennedy VanRay, 2nd vault, 3rd bars, 6th all-around; Leighton Rzaszutak, 1st vault.
Ages 11-Up: Addison Thompson, 2nd vault, 3rd floor, 7th all-around; Kaylee Brunette, 2nd bars, 6th beam and floor, 5th all-around.
Making the 9.0 Club were Thompson for floor, Hoff for bars, Brunette for bars, VanRay for vault and bars, and Rzaszutak for vault.
Gold level individual placement was as follows:
Ages 9-10: Anna Monson, 4th bars.
Ages 11-Up: Paisley Lura, 4th bars.
