IV. ACTION ITEMS

1. Discussion on High School addition. Motion.

2. Discussion on increasing our building fund mills from 5 to 10

mills. This would require a sixty percent majority vote. Motion.

3. Motion to set date, time and place for school board election,

June _____, 2024, 11:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m., in the High School

Commons and to authorize Business Manager to publish filing

deadline for candidates, prepare ballots, secure election judges

and clerks, and to publish notice of election in accordance to

state law. Attachment

4. Early retirement request by Julie Miller. Discussion. Motion.

5. Motion to approve letter of resignation by Julie Miller.

6. Motion to approve a no tuition agreement for a student from

Carrington School District to New Rockford-Sheyenne School

District.

7. Motion to approve an open enrollment application from

Carrington School District to New Rockford-Sheyenne School

District.
