The Titans got out to a dozen-point lead after one quarter, watched it dwindle to four at the half, and held off the Napoleon/Gackle-Streeter Imperials in Glenfield last Monday.

G-M's free throw shooting for the game helped them earn their eighth win of the season and square up their 2023-24 overall record at 8-8.

James Woodstead scored 15 for Griggs/Midkota, and Kyle Johnson and Latrell Rainey both turned in 14-point outings.

N-G-S dropped to 6-12 with the loss, their fifth consecutively. Trevor Moos scored 20 for the Imperials, and Braxton Ryum's four threes led to a 14-point evening.

In other action for the Titans, they defeated Larimore, 50-44, on February 1, and dropped an overtime nailbiter to May-Port-CG by a 75-71 score last Tuesday night. Both games were District 4 contests. Boxscores from those games will be published on http://www.fosterconews.com.
