FFA Alumni Crop Show at Runnings Feb. 19-22

The Annual Carrington FFA Alumni Crop Show is scheduled for Monday through Thursday, February 19-22, at Runnings. The FFA Alumni Crop Show is conducted to promote the crop industry of Foster County and the State of North Dakota.

The crop show is open to all members of the Carrington FFA Chapter. FFA members are encouraged to exhibit threshed grain samples that have been hand picked for seed quality. There is also a grain sheave and ear corn division.

The show provides Carrington FFA members a chance to exhibit threshed grain samples before the North Dakota State Crop Show held in conjunction with the North Dakota Winter Show in Valley City.

All samples are judged and awarded blue, red, or white ribbons. Cash premiums are paid exhibitors based on the ribbon awarded. Additional premiums are paid to outstanding samples.

Present crop show sponsors include Runnings, H & A Seeds, Allied Agronomy, Central City Grain, Dakota Growers Pasta, Retzlaff Seed & Supply, Wholesale Ag Products, Miller Elevator Company, Arrowwood Prairie Co-op, Carrington FFA Alumni Association and Foster County Ag. Improvement Association.

The Carrington FFA Alumni invites everyone to visit the Carrington FFA Alumni Crop Show at Runnings, February 19-22.
