Third P-B elementary bond referendum fails

For the third time, an attempt to pass a bond referendum which would allow a new addition and other building upgrades to Pingree-Buchanan Elementary School in Buchanan has been voted down at the ballot box.

Unofficial results posted to the P-B school website at www.pingree-buchanan.k12.nd.us showed 132 votes in favor (52.4% yes), and 120 against (47.6% no), the $5.165 million bond issue from votin...
