Linda Suckut
Linda Suckut, age 73, of Carrington, N.D., died on Monday, March 11, 2024, at Sanford Health in Fargo, N.D., surrounded by her loving family.
Per Linda's request, a private family funeral service will be held with Pastor Rick Loewen officiating. Special music will be "The Old Rugged Cross" and "Amazing Grace" by Alan Jackson. Her burial will be at the Carrington Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be all of Linda's beloved family.
Linda Keithel Schulz was born on August 19, 1950, in Jamestown, N.D., to Henry and Harriet (Pitra) Schulz. She attended school in Kensal, N.D., until the sixth grade, at which point she attended Carrington School District and graduated from Carrington High School in 1968.
She furthered her education at NDSU and graduated in 1972 as a Medical Technician. Linda worked for Carrington Health Center from 1972-2008. She then went to work at the NDSU Carrington Research Extension Center until her full retirement.
Linda had a love for flowers and could often be found working in her flower gardens in the summer months. She also enjoyed quilting and would spend many hours in front of her sewing machine designing beautiful quilts.
Linda had a special bond with her family and always looked forward to attending family events for her nieces and nephews. She loved her German Shepherds and had a favorite, Mitzie.
Linda will be greatly missed by her brothers, Kim (LeAnna) Schulz and Brad (Jane) Schulz, both of Carrington, N.D.; nieces and nephews, Chad (Betsy) Schulz, their children Olivia, Sydney, and Hailey, West Fargo, N.D.; Sara (Mike) Nelson, their children Max, Blake, and Sam, Bismarck, N.D.; Jason (Elizabeth) Schulz, West Fargo, N.D.; John (Stacie) Kollman, Fargo, N.D.; Jordan Kollman, Fargo, N.D.; and Marcus Kollman, Carrington, N.D.; and five great-nieces and nephews.
Linda is greeted in heaven by her parents, Henry and Harriet.
