Mandan's Edland makes All-State girls' hockey team

Mandan Braves senior Kenlee Edland was selected to the NDHSAA's All-State girls' hockey team for the 2023-24 season.

A five-year varsity player since eighth grade, Edland was named the Braves' team MVP for the third consecutive season.

She plans to attend the University of North Dakota (UND) and major in dentistry.

Kenlee has numerous local ties. She is the daughter of Melissa Lutman of Mandan and Tony and Jessica Edland of Jamestown.

Her grandparents are Neil and Della Lutman and Dale and Kimary Edland, all of Carrington, and LuCinda Haak of Herreid, S.D.

Great-grandparents are Esther Guthmiller of Carrington, Donna Lipetzky of Jamestown and Tom Edland of Glenfield.
