CHS goes 1-2 in opening swing

The Carrington Cardinal baseball team's run towards what they hope is a state Class B tournament berth started Thursday, April 11, at Corbett Field in Minot.

There, the Minot North Sentinels, a newly-created Class A school playing a junior varsity schedule, used twin three-run frames to get past the Cards, 6-3.
