Paisley Lura, shown here acknowledging the crowd, was awarded seventh place in the All-Around for the gold division at the Region 4 Xcel Regionals in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Carrington Gymnastics finished their season with the Region 4 Xcel Regional gymnastics competition April 19-21 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Brynlee Hoff, Addison Thompson and Paisley Lura were amongst the 4000 other gymnasts from 7 different states looking to top the podium one last time this season.
Hoff and Thompson competed in the silver division, and Lura was in the gold division.
Hoff and Thompson both earned two 9.0s or higher. Hoff scored 9.0 on beam, and 9.325 on floor. Thompson scored 9.075 on bars and floor.
Lura had a personal record on vault, scoring an 8.825. She tied for 5th place but was awarded 7th place from her all-around score.
We had a great season, and we are looking forward to upgrading skills during the summer.
