M-P-B's Mark Thomas tries to make as soft of a landing as possible while competing in the long jump at the South Central meet. Thomas took seventh in that event, but qualified for the state track meet with a runner-up finish in the 110-meter hurdles.
For the second consecutive spring, the M-P-B Thunder's state track meet delegation will consist of one solitary member.
Once again, that honor goes to senior Mark Thomas, who is the lone male competitor in the Thunder program.
