Sykeston Fishing Derby held

The Annual Fishing Derby sponsored by the Sykeston Community Club was held Sunday, June 2 at the Sykeston Park. There was a good turnout despite the rain. Hot dogs, chips, water and sweets were available to attendees. Children that participated received a prize. First, second and third place prizes were awarded in each of the three age groups. Co-coordinators were John and Tina Oatis.
