Redbirds 12U wins Jamestown tourney

The Carrington Redbirds 12U baseball program continued their red-hot start to the Cal Ripken baseball season, taking four straight victories to win the Buffalo City Bash in Jamestown June 7-8.

Carrington won all of their games by the 10-run rule, getting wins over Grand Forks AA (12-1), Nelson County (13-0), Devils Lake (11-1) and Jamestown (21-3). One of the highlights of the tournament on the defensive side was a no-hitter pitched by Landin Clifton.
