Carrington, Cooperstown hospitals participate in active shooter drills

Grand Forks, N.D. – Twenty-two North Dakota Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs) and their CAH-owned/operated Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) participated in table top drills, which focused on active shooter situations.
