The Carrington Medical Center Foundation is your host for Harvest Fest 2024.
It's the fundraising event of the season, brimming with bushels of good eats and quality live entertainment. It all takes place at the Foster County Fairgrounds west of Carrington on Saturday, Sept. 28.
The three course, buffet style meal will be served at 5:30 p.m., with a cash bar provided by Headlock's.
Then kick back and take in the talents of Duelly Noted, a one-of-a-kind female dueling piano act, sponsored by Carrington Drug and Central Pharmacy.
The evening is rounded out with a live & silent auction, featuring a variety of items donated by local and area businesses and individuals.
There are a range of sponsorship opportunities designed for businesses and individuals looking to enhance their philanthropic impact. Whether you're aiming to enjoy an exclusive event experience or contribute without attending, there's a sponsorship level tailored just for you.
For those seeking a premier experience and the chance to showcase their commitment to the local healthcare, the VIP Sponsorship offers three levels with unparalleled benefits from $1,000 to $3,000. VIP Sponsors will enjoy front-row reserved seats with table-side service, drink tickets and a curated selection of complimentary craft beverages for their guests.
For those who want to ensure their clients and staff are well taken care of, the Table Sponsorship options provide a reserved seating arrangement. Reserve a full table (eight guests) for $750 or a half-table (four guests) for $400.
Supporters who are unable to attend but still interested in contributing can consider an event sponsorship of $100 or more.
Individual tickets are available for $50, which includes supper and a complimentary drink.
Raffle tickets are on sale now for $20 each, with prizes such as a barbecue grill and a meat bundle. The winners will be announced during the event as well.
All proceeds from the event will stay local, according to CMC Foundation Director Taylor Sabinash.
Dollars raised will go towards the purchase of patient care equipment at Carrington Medical Center. Equipment on the list currently include a new nurse call light system, colonoscopy and esophagogastroduodenoscopy scopes, a Lucas Compression device to assist with CPR, chemistry analyzer for the lab, as well as a sterilizer to sterilize all equipment used in all areas of the hospital such as scissors, forceps, etc.
"This list is always evolving as equipment ages and needs to be replaced," Sabinash said. "Many of these cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, and we plan on continuing future gala proceeds to give to each of these needs in years to come."
