The New Rockford Eagles Club recently donated to two local charities.
A $10,000 donation was awarded to the Carrington Park District for their baseball field improvements. In total, the Carrington Park District has received $20,000 from the New Rockford Eagles for this project.
The Eagles also donated $2,500 to the Carrington Convention and Visitors Bureau for electrical updates to Carrington City Park, where The Market is held every other Tuesday from July through September.
The funds are made possible by charitable gaming at The Shamrock by the New Rockford Eagles Club.
