Bank Forward's Bill Brown Award goes to Paulson

Bank Forward is pleased to announce that Tiffany Paulson has been named recipient of the 2024 Bill Brown Award, Bank Forward's highest honor for outstanding service.

To be nominated, an employee must deliver a high standard of customer service or service support, go above and beyond the call of duty to take care of the customer and build relationships, and/or do something that demonstrates leadership, teamwork or dedication to their community or the Bank Forward organization.

Tiffany serves as Personal Banking Officer I in Carrington and has been with Bank Forward since 2014. Her nominators said, "Tiffany checks all the boxes for the Bill Brown Award. She is phenomenal to work with, a joy to be around, and a huge asset to Bank Forward. Her customer service skills are outstanding, and she is always going the extra mile to help people resolve any issues they may have. It seems to be a weekly occurrence when one of the other personal bankers will say to a customer waiting in the lobby, 'I can help you with that.' The customer will politely decline with, 'I can wait for Tiff.' In the community, Tiffany is treasurer of our local Dollars for Scholars and always keeps the needs of other groups on her radar when they are fundraising or planning events. She is an instrumental part of the Carrington branch and our success would be limited without her."
